Counties provide the backbone of Pennsylvania’s 911 system and serve as the initial point of response during emergencies.   Julie understands the essential role our 911 Telecommunicators and Dispatchers play during emergency situations and is an advocate for modernizing the 911 statute, so that State Law adequately reflects how 911 systems actually operate today.
