As Commissioner, having a safe place to live, work and raise a family are Julie’s highest priorities. She will support proper funding for each unit of County Government that works to ensure a safe community, including 911 Emergency Services and Emergency Management.

Delivering first-rate quality Human Services is a duty to the families of York County. Julie’s unique background in healthcare and service on non-profit boards in York County, along with a woman’s perspective, will ensure that taxpayers and beneficiaries alike are properly served.

Julie will help drive the local engine of business by support initiatives that bring new business to York County, maintain reasonable taxes and services to keep jobs here, and being a leading advocate of our fabulous history, cultural opportunities, parks, farmland preservation and tourism activities.
